THE WESTIN BUILDING is a 34 floor structureand is constructed of reinforced concrete and steel-frames. The exterior of the building consists of white Italian Carrera marble columns creating a prominent façade on Sixth Avenue adjacent to the north tower of the Westin Hotel. The building maintains significant backup electrical generator power in the unlikely event of a loss of power.
